Terms & Conditions

By booking service with The Janitors, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Scope

Cleaning services are performed based on the selected service type and scope agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional tasks or conditions outside the original scope may require additional time and cost and are subject to availability.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. Inability to access the home may result in a same-day cancellation charge.

Payment Authorization

A valid payment method is required to confirm all bookings. By booking, you authorize The Janitors to pre-authorize the estimated service amount in advance. Final charges may increase or decrease based on the actual condition, size, or scope of the service performed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or refusal of service will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Satisfaction & Quality

Clients must report any service concerns within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Breakage & Damage

While care is taken at all times, The Janitors is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile or valuable.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any hazards, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions prior to service. Service may be refused if conditions pose a risk to staff.

Pricing Adjustments

Pricing may be adjusted if the home’s condition, size, or level of buildup differs materially from what was represented at booking.

Use of Supplies

Standard professional cleaning supplies are provided unless otherwise arranged. Specialty or client-requested products must be supplied by the client.

Agreement

By booking service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
