Service Confirmation & Preparation Guide
Thank you for booking with The Janitors! Your service has been successfully scheduled. Before we arrive, please review this important information to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
What to Expect
Your cleaning will be performed based on the service type and scope you selected at booking. Tasks not included in your original service may require additional time and fees and are subject to availability.
Preparing Your Space
✔ Remove valuables, personal items, and fragile objects from areas to be cleaned.
✔ Secure pets in another room for their safety and our team’s comfort.
✔ Clear small furniture, toys, or obstacles off floors and surfaces if possible.
Access & Timing
Please ensure safe and timely access to your home or property at the scheduled service time.
If our team cannot access your space, a same-day cancellation fee may apply.
Payment & Authorization
By booking service, you’ve authorized The Janitors to pre-authorize payment for the estimated service cost. Final charges may change based on actual conditions, size, or scope of the job.
Cancellations & Changes
You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the service cost.
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or refusal of service will be charged 100% of the scheduled price.
Satisfaction & Issues
Please report any service concerns within 24 hours so we can address them. While we will make reasonable efforts to help, refunds aren’t guaranteed.
Safety & Disclosure
Disclose hazards such as unsafe conditions or aggressive pets before service. If conditions pose a risk, we may refuse service.
Supplies & Products
We provide standard professional cleaning supplies unless you’ve made other arrangements. Clients requesting specialty products must supply them themselves.
