Phone Interview Instructions

• You must call us at your scheduled appointment time.

• Calls will not be returned early or late.

• Missed or late calls will result in cancellation and removal from consideration.

• Please be in a quiet location and prepared to answer screening questions.

What Happens After the Phone Interview

If you pass the phone screening, the next step is an in-person readiness check.

This is not a working job. It is an assessment to confirm that you are fully equipped and prepared to be dispatched to real client assignments.

In-Person Readiness Check – Required Preparation

You must arrive exactly as if you were reporting to a cleaning job.

Bring your full cleaning kit, including but not limited to:

• Professional vacuum

• Professional mop system (spin or flat mop, not a basic sponge mop)

• Cleaning chemicals and supplies you personally use

• Microfiber cloths and detailing tools

• Scrapers and grout or detail brushes

• Step ladder and extension duster for high areas

If your kit is incomplete, we will not move forward.

What We Are Assessing

• Professional-level equipment and supplies

• Organization and readiness

• Ability to work independently

• Attention to detail

• Overall preparedness to enter a client’s home

• Assignments are offered based on performance, preparedness, and availability

• Monthly payment schedule applies
